A. Ioannidis, K. W. Boyack ve J. Baas, published an article titled \u201cUpdated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators\u201d listing the best researchers in world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The database created by the research team led by Dr. John PA Ioannidis created a database that includes the best scientist in the world\u2019s top 2%, using standard citation indicators. the standard citation indicators used, were prepared taking into account citations, h-index, co-authorship adjusted hm-index, citations to papers in different authorship positions and a composite indicator. The database categorized scientists in 22 scientific fields and 176 sub-fields. Within the scope of the database created, two different rankings were created using career-long citation impact and 2019 citation impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this context, U\u015fak University Faculty of Engineering Department of Mechanical Engineering academic Assoc.
